Late September is, in my opinion, the perfect time. The summer crowds are gone, the sea is still warm, and the light turns golden by 4pm. We based ourselves in Ravello for the views and drove down to Positano for dinners. Slow days, long lunches, and just enough movement to feel like a proper journey.
